Sherif Taha


With a long, rich and successful career in sales, marketing and general management across Egypt and several other countries, Sherif has acquired and developed a solid expertise in the fields of Organization, Management and Commercial development. 
Renowned as one of few who utilizes concepts and business philosophies in down to earth actions throughout the different consulting and training assignments, in addition to providing and applying the best practices in business development. 
Sherif is a specialist in “Management of Huge Organizations” and development of “Sales Structures and Distribution Teams” and “Organizational Structure” Throughout his career, Sherif has managed and transformed organizations at several industries with numerous assignments that included massive number of Business Planning and Implementation for companies and currently is fulfilling his own passion for developing others as “Main Shareholder and CEO” to a group of companies; one of which specialized in training and development.

Prior to his current role, Sherif’s lengthy employment career was with 4 employers where he spent 2 years with Reckitt Benkieser as “Business Development Director” for North Africa; where he initiated and developed RB business at 12 countries (Malta, Libya, Mauritania, Mali, Chad, Niger, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Somalia and South Sudan) 
Prior to the previous role, he spent 1 year with “Allianz” insurance company as “Sales Director” where he transformed the company performance via installing a complete sales structure, reporting system, performance KPIs and ALS school for training and development. 
Before that Sherif worked in “Procter & Gamble” for 7 years at different sales management roles, starting from management entry level up to his last role as “National Sales Manager” for Pharmacies and B2B sectors. 
Before that, right after shifting his career from medical cancer surgery, he spent 3 years with the huge pharmaceutical MNC, “Merck Sharp & Dohme” in the field of Marketing, where major responsibilities were the development of KOL programs to influence key CVS and Internal Medicine Professors.
Sherif is DBA and MBA holder and attended 24 international courses and certified trainer of several other courses as well and graduated from “Faculty of Medicine – Cairo University” 1999
